“WARNING! Our flight was delayed by 1.5 hours. When we got to the meeting spot, we received a call from the operator saying that his driver left because we were late but we will still be charged for the $62 euro. So we just had to stand in the taxi line for a taxi. When we contacted Viator, they said there was nothing they could do about the charge. Very disappointing! I would not risk booking a transfer through Viator.”
