“The park is very clean and well thought out layout. Plan your way around the park based around the timings of the animal presentations/shows, great food! The trip and transfers were booked via this website. Tickets sent automatically to you at the time of booking, however because I had selected a day they didn't have transfers to my hotel it was changed to another day quite quickly through email contact initiated by the organiser. The only improvement I would advise is that the tickets were not provided instantly with the change of date. I was advised I would receive the new ones on the coach. The coach which arrived did…”
