Much of the tour time was spent listening to him talk about his personal struggles and wanting to get his life together, rather than learning about the city, the cuisine, or the neighborhoods we visited. That was not what I signed up for. The highlight of the tour was a private chef experience at one of the four stops. The chef was engaging, skilled, and clearly knowledgeable.
