We got to experience authentic sangria, black label Jamón, beef cheek and a rooftop bar with great views. We had a small group, only 4, so we got to know each other and our guide. Marinia had some other local recommendations as well. She even helped us order some manchego from one of the stops. Glad we did this tour at the beginning of our Madrid trip, so we have time to go to some other authentic Spanish…”
