“It was an amazing day! I took a train from Torremolinos to Málaga (just an 18-minute ride), and right outside the station the bus was already waiting for us. We left on time with our guide JJ — an incredible guy, full of passion and a real talent for storytelling. In Álora we were joined by Ian, and from that point on we were split into two groups. Both Ian and JJ were absolutely wonderful guides! I ended up in Ian’s group with my sons, and honestly, I laughed until I cried. (Ian, if you’re reading this — I swear you missed your true calling. Malaga wine and tapas small-group tour with 4 tastings, classic taverns, vermouth, and modern bites, ending near Plaza de la Merced.

“This was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend it to others. Emilio took us to really quirky and interesting bars/restaurants, that without him may have seemed a bit intimidating/overwhelming as they were so busy, long queues etc (which we could skip). Emilio had interesting stories and facts. The food and drink he chose for us was excellent and a great cross-section of Malagan cuisine. We were a bit nervous about spending an evening with strangers, but Emilio put us at ease and the time passed so quickly.”
